The game seemed abit simple and somewhat slow but it did keep me playing, maybe add some better graphics and speed it up abit

I was mainly just testing the blood animation, nut yeah, maybe I'll come back with a Bally II...but not right now. I'm working on something kind of what you described, a funny kill machine and more death options, except it involves killing little bunnies. :p
