[Flood the Portal 8 - Dinosaurs]

Ok so im not too sure what {FLOOD THE PORTAL} is but guess its make one theme by a number of users? as a tip to improve on that idea i suhhest you all put it in the comments, might even draw more attention to the other pieces, as for this one, its very colorfull and a good dino in the middle seems rushed and somewhat simple like, its not bad its kinda neat actually, i would love to see abit more {TEXTURE} in the dino but from what it is , its pretty good if you ask me, so to better improve on this maybe some more texture on the dino skin, and an update on the authers comments. anyways good stuff as always.

Since this is like a theme {FLOOD THE PORTAL} Why not have a description in the authers comments about that, kind of gives the viewers who dont know about it an idea and such.

Flood the portal is an activity that the art forum does once a month where everyone uses the same thumbnail in their piece so that the portal all has the same thumb if enough people participate.

I realize that this dinosaur is rushed, I had to make him in like 40 minutes, so you're pretty spot on there. I agree that a texture would have been nice, or at least some more detail.

ok so nice job on this the {GREEN} is looking awsome perfect color on this guy, and i like the little red color details aswell, the {BRAIN} was great but im thinking, you should have had some red in the darker green shaded areas maybe it would look better that way, other then that the colors cameout very well, the {EYES} are perfect they are really just popping out at you wich i really liked so nice job there, This almost seems like the type of work you could put up on a dress-up game in flash so theres something there, so anyways tips for making this piece better, add a differant color in the brains darker shading. other then that its pretty good.

Now this was impressive and love the differant tankmen at there best in battle, there was some slight color in there would have been nice to see more though , like a tip might be that the blast bubble just below the clouds could have a bright color maybe greem and or red. just an idea thought, the rest was pretty impressive and well detailed showing lots of detail and so on, would have liked to see more of the tankmen and maybe even more other people and even eneimies running around and such, just another idea or two there, so all and all its another great piece, good art and a good story with the art so nice job indeed.

Really like this and the color you got going i personally love anything with the use of {PURPLE} so this seemed to comeout very well, and with black it seemed to workout ok i thought, the lil touches of yellow or gold was working as extra so really nice touch with the colors here, some little {EFFECTS} like glowing of the eyes could have been used, i think in this situation it would have worked great if you ask me, something to try out for another time, but besides that tip it was a good piece, also another tip for making it better might be to add some backround work but not really needed , just a tip for making it even better then it already is.

Cool another zombie, can never go wrong with zombies especially with some female ones, and a spitter even lol, anyways this was another welldone piece, great backround aswell, and allthough it was more of a happy birthday, it was still very good, love all the goulding and drooling and bloodyness of the zombie like its ready to pounce, any second, verywell done on this crazed beat, now is there anything that could be made better? to be tottally honest i think its great and i wouldnt touch it at all, i would leave it as is, its just right for my point of view, so besides that its a pretty good piece, but as always you do make some pretty nifty stuff.

Very nice work on this and i am loving the {BLUE-THEME} and not overkilling either but you have some very nice detail in this like with the design within the hat, im thinking that design should be lighted grey or something, but anyways you have a good drawing has a good persona about her, so i can see ehy you like her, the little details in this is what works out the most, so verywelldone on those parts, if i was to suggest anything to make it better i would say some backround work, but i understand its about the character, so anyways great stuff i enjoyed this great character of yours and look forward to seeing some more.

So this was notbad, and like how the artwork is really getting better especially with bringing in that {SHINE} on the hair, on this one some more {TEXTURE} could be used, like with the skin and sofourth, great eyes and overall good detail, I dont know of the character you are refferring too, but this was a good character almost perfect good color, and great drawing, just as i said more skin texture would be a nice touch wouldnt mind seeing the piece much larger so you can see more of the backrounds and more of the character aswell, but other then that it was pretty impressive, so nice job and hood luck on anything new you may be working on.

Oh wow this is very good and a real good idea, and from this point you have really improved in your art and even color blending it really shows off especially here in the {HAIR} and i like the backround work aswell, in this particular, one you put in some props and that seemed to give it a much better detail feel about it, the blending and use of color was really great here, this is my fave of yours sofar, love the redish theme in this one but glad you didnt overkill in reddish but had some balance with a few other colors, So again i was glad to have seen this and cant wait to see what you comeout with next, anyways nice job.

Now this one was another cute one and i am loving the {PINK} theme you have going here, the image was abit small this time, and again would have liked to see some backrounds, and such, maybe some field of flowers and with the whole pinkish theme, a differant color backround would give the art piece a more fuller and finished feel also allowing more focus on your character, the {HAIR} could use abit more texture, more blending of the colors and a more better looking {SHINE} at the top, i think you were trying to do that but i could be wrong, but anyways a good art piece, i look forward to reviewing more of your fine characters.

So im getting the feeling you like thse anime styles nothing wrong with that and you do some good work with them, now as for me i love to see color and love to see backrounds this one you have the color would be nice to see some sorta backround setting, So your character here is very {BUBBLY} hehe, cute and love the color of the hair, I had some issue with the {SCARF} it seemed like it was just placed on her neck rather then drawn, it was still ok though, dont get me wrong i really like the whole character, just thought i would point out a few things that could be better, so with all that said, it was a very good piece.

the scarf looked out of place, and some backround scene work would be nice.
