A really beautiful piece you have some amazing "TEXTURE" in this and the combo of the two mixes Dragonair + Rapidash = Rapidair was a really nice idea, You should make a series of art with more combos like this, but anyways nice work here and some beautiful artwork.

Wow this was pretty "INTENSE" I like the "SHATTER" effect in this one love the green eyes too I think you could ad even a little more glow to the eyes too might give it a more intense view point, the face itself was pretty good a good art piece you have here.

Really great character

So you have a really great "CHARACTER" here I love that "SWORD" too I think you should ad some extra shine and even some sparkle on the sword, but besides that you have a nice design here and nice details to go along with a brilliant character so keep up the amazing work.

So this was nice You have some nice "NEON" and "GLOW" effects in this and in that case I think you could ad a nifty neon or glowing border and or frame to reflect all the glow points of this piece, you have a nice character and it really stands out well so nice job on this piece.

Thanks.
It has a neon look to it, but I feel like a neon frame would just muddy things a bit. Not only would it take away from the face in my opinion, a neon boarder just goes against what i was going for i think. Like i said, it was one of those plasma ball things. Maybe darker boarders or background would help emphasize the light more, but I think light boarders wouldn't look particularly nice.

So this was an interesting piece here, kind of "FUNNY" and I found it very "AMUSING" and you braught some good humor wish you had made this longer but the joke was well executed on this, I would suggest some backround detail maybe even start a nice web comic from it, anyways nice entry here.

So this was a nice character very "ANIME" and thats ok, you have presented some really nice "DETAIL" in this one love all the extra stuff you added to here even the backround being bland was ok with this one as its focus on the main character, I have no tips on changes for this piece as you have presented it well, anyways nice work here.
