Character design hmmm ok well, dont start off with just circles, mold those circles into a body of some sort and use shades and so-on, its kinda simple and needs more, but it will have to due for now i guess...

Well notbad, it was very drak, which is a good thing, just love the certain few colors used, it makes it unique, kinda choppy, the artwork like on the buildings were perfect, nice job, i was impressed...
